Is there a fixed length contract?
Yes, your contract term will normally be 48 months. An advantage of this is that you know what your card payment cost will be for the term of your contract.

How long will it take for funds to reach my account?
Assuming the end of day procedure is completed daily, you will be paid the full amount 3 working days after the transactions were processed. (If you bank with Santander you will be paid 2 days earlier!)
Do I need to be a techno wizard to set up my card machine?
Far from it. All our machines come pre-programmed with your settings, so you simply plug it in and you’re ready to go.
What happens if my machine stops working?
Simply call our Client Service team who will get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
Are there any hidden charges or fees
Absolutely not. All your rental and transaction charges will be clearly displayed in the single statement we post to you every month.
