Best customer service award for TRANSAX Merchant Services

TRANSAX Merchant Services has been awarded an accolade from Elavon, our payment processing partner, at the Annual Elavon Partners Conference, held at The Belfry in September.

The award for ‘Best Customer Service Program’ 2014 is in appreciation of excellent customer retention at TRANSAX Merchant Services in the previous 12 months. The award was accepted by John Fogwill, Payment Solutions Director at FIS Merchant Payments – the business that has developed the range of TRANSAX payment acceptance services.
