We employ field sales agents across the UK. They work from home, enjoy generating their own sales appointments and following up leads. Hard working, self-motivated, personable and prepared to go the extra mile for their customers, it’s a job that would suit somebody with previous sales experience or knowledge of the payment sector.
Telemarketing and direct sales
Working from our modern offices in the centre of Birmingham, our telemarketing and direct sales agents are highly trained and supported. The same work ethic is required as for our field sales team so if you are polite and persuasive, thrive on challenge and have good team working skills, this might be the perfect position.
Client services and account management
If you have a naturally helpful nature, like speaking to people, are a bit of a perfectionist and love seeing a job through to completion, this could be the role for you. We provide some of the most intensive training in the industry. Based in our bright, modern offices in Birmingham you’ll be the human interface of TRANSAX for our clients.
Our admin team play a vital role in supporting our customers and all our sales agents. We need to ensure that when a client wants to sign up with us, their application is hassle free and fast. That’s why we need administrators who are accurate and focussed with a sharp eye for detail. Based in our Birmingham head office, all our admin staff have good team working skills which makes it a friendly, happy environment.
